1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site you confirm you are 18 or older. The Site is operated for entertainment purposes; participation is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

2. Points & Tickets

1 Point equals ₦1 in value. A lottery ticket costs ₦500 (500 points). Points are credited to your account after your recharge payment is confirmed. Points have no expiry unless your account is closed for abuse.

3. How Draws Work

Each product round accepts tickets until the round is full, a scheduled draw time is reached, or all tickets are sold. Every ticket is assigned a unique 6-digit lucky number. The winning number is selected from the pool of issued numbers when the round closes. Results are final and binding.

4. Prizes

Winners may claim the listed gift card code/PIN or convert the prize to points at the displayed conversion rate. Gift card codes are sent to your in-site inbox. Codes are provided once per prize; the Site is not responsible for codes lost through your own account compromise.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals require a verified email or phone number and at least one purchased ticket. Withdrawal requests are processed manually and may take up to 48 hours. The Site may reject requests that violate these Terms (e.g. fraudulent or abusive activity).

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

You may not: use multiple accounts to abuse promotions; tamper with, automate, or manipulate draws; use stolen payment methods; attack or attempt to damage the Site. Accounts found violating these rules may be suspended and balances forfeited without notice.

7. Referral Program

Referral commissions are paid from the recharges of users you invite, at the published rates. Commission farming, self-referrals, or fake accounts will result in forfeiture of referral earnings.

8. No Guarantee & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site, including loss of points due to force majeure, technical failures, or unauthorized access to your account.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
