Go to My Account → My Winning Records. Choose "Get Card Code" to receive the gift card code in your inbox, or "Convert to Points" to have its value added to your balance. Keep your account secure — codes are only sent to your logged-in inbox.

Free products let every user claim 1 free ticket per product (no points deducted). A free round draws every hour. First come, first served — free tickets are limited each round!

💳 How do I withdraw my balance?

Withdrawals are unlocked after you buy at least 1 ticket, and your email or phone must be verified (My Account → Security). Submit a request with your bank/OPay/Moniepoint details — requests are processed within 48 hours (usually faster).

🤝 How does the referral program work?

Share your invite code or link. When a friend registers with it, you earn a bonus. When they recharge, you earn commission on 3 levels: 5% → 3% → 1% of their recharge.

👑 What is VIP Club?

VIP levels are based on your total recharge. Each level brings a bigger weekly cashback bonus, credited every Monday as long as you played the previous week.

Check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there after a few minutes, request a new code (you can resend every 60 seconds).
